Well they refused to take my order over the phone and would not tell me why.They insisted I come in to order even after I offered to give my credit card info. So I called a different IHOP, one with their act together. I had to drive a few minutes farther to the york rd IHOP, but they were happy to take my money. I will never be eating or ordering from the Towson IHOP again.August 08, 2016
